Malcomb, co-founder of Corporate Financial Services, LLC, started the company to provide administration and consulting services for employee benefit plans. He has more than 35 years of experience in the employee benefit and financial services industry and holds his BS degree in Business and Economics from Jacksonville State University. He is a Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, National Association of Plan Advisors, and Montgomery Estate Planning Council.
Ruth, Malcomb’s co-founding partner, manages qualified plan administration activities, provides quality control check of qualified plan administrative work, and provides consulting services to clients. She has over 35 years of experience in retirement plan design, administration and communications and received her Associate Degree in Business at Southern Illinois University. She has received the Qualified Plan Administrator designation by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries for demonstrating excellence in the field of pension administration and consulting. She is also a Member of the National Association of Plan Advisors and the Montgomery Estate Planning Council.
Phelps began working with Malcomb and Ruth in 2004. He left in 2008 in pursuit of outside industry experience serving two years at Protective Life and one at Morgan Keegan. Since his return in 2011, he has played a key role in the success and growth of CFS. He has brought new prospective to the company, expanded our services, and provided direction through regulatory and industry changes. Phelps attended Troy University and holds his Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designation.
Lori began working with Malcomb and Ruth in 1989. She has over 28 years of experience in the retirement plan industry. She assists plan sponsors, staff, and other plan professionals in the day to day operations of qualified retirement plans. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries.
